High Intensity Interval Training, or high intensity interval training
method is a form of cardio training that alternates short intervals
(20-60 sec) very intense exercises with short rest intervals.



Jumping is the original accredited exercise in the fitness industry.
The years-proven aerobic program on patented trampolines is intended for
all generations in order to create a fun form of physical and mental
balance.



Twerkout is an exceptional sport-dance program, thanks to which you
you will build a beautiful, firm and formed figure. We will strengthen all parties
body, but the legs and buttocks get the most work. Basic exercises on their own
we spice it up with Twerk dance elements.

When visiting, you must present your MultiSport plastic card and photo ID, or your Virtual MultiSport card in our mobile app. We recommend checking the current opening hours and range of activities directly with the specific partner.
