DANCE & FITNESS
Dance-fitness lessons are mainly for women.
Our specialized dance program for individuals is a full replacement for any sports or other activity aimed at general imaprovement of physical fitness.
This contributes to a good mood, thanks to a dazzling dance form, an elegant dance studio environment and great music.
Lessons take the form of open hours, are suitable for both beginners and advanced without age limitation. You do not have to have any previous dance experience and you do not need a dance partner.
In the lessons, we also include dances like Samba, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha cha cha, Swing and Reaggeton.
