CvikFit

CvikFit was founded in 2015 in Bratislava, Petržalka. As part of our work
we are focused on individual exercises with individuals or pairs.
The only machines you will find here are cardio machines – stationary bikes,
airbike, rowing machine and treadmill skillmill – running belt. The body is
the perfect machine made for movement. You use it every day in your everyday life
non stop. As long as we are stuck in wrong movement patterns, it is just
it’s a matter of time when an injury occurs and the body quits. That’s when it is
important to take a few steps back and learn proper movement patterns.
And we will help you with that.
