What is the MultiSport programme?

Offers to employers the long-term motivation for employees to engage in regular exercising and relaxation activities. Includes two products, the MultiSport card, Health Days, MultiSport Days, Family Days and Teambuildings.

WHAT IS A MULTISPORT CARD?

The MultiSport card is a free-time employee benefit that guarantees you access to more than 2,700 facilities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic every day. You can choose from more than 260 different activities all year round.

HOW CAN I GET A MULTISPORT CARD?

 This is a unique employee benefit - it is already clear from the definition that it can only be obtained through your employer, it cannot be obtained individually. If you yourself work in the personnel department and are thinking about how to motivate your people to exercise in the long term, look no further. Contact us and together we will arrange for your employees to feel better. If you are one of the employees, but your employer has not yet offered you this benefit, don't wait for anything and recommend us to your employer. We ourselves will contact him and introduce him to all the details of the MultiSport programme.

HOW DOES THE MULTISPORT CARD WORK?

As soon as you receive a MultiSport card from your employer, you can start using it almost immediately. You only need to familiarize yourself with the terms of use of the MultiSport card. Then all you have to do is choose where you want to go! The card is on flat rate basis and used for an entry. At the facility's reception, always show your MultiSport card along with your ID and... That's it!

What are MultiSport events?

We do education. We do team-building. We take care of your employees’ health – that’s why we organize health days and consider them an integral part of the MultiSport programme. We are going to completely arrange the whole event including sports equipment, experts and lecturers for selected activities. For employees

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOST MY CARD?

Don't panic - just report the loss to your employer's personnel department. We will then issue you a new card at no charge. Unfortunately, however, you will have to pay for all the otherwise discounted admissions during this transition period.

CAN I INTERRUPT THE USE OF THE MULTISPORT CARD IN ANY WAY?

In this case, contact the personnel department, where the personnel officer will inform you of specific options, because it always depends on the specific cooperation between Benefit Systems Slovakia and your employer. The standard procedure is that interruption is only possible for serious health reasons.

MY FAVORITE FACILITY DOESN'T ACCEPT THE MULTISPORT CARD YET, CAN I AFFECT IT IN ANY WAY?

Of course. We are expanding the partner network precisely on the basis of your suggestions and requirements. If you have a specific suggestion, send it to us via the contact form. Our team will verify whether the facility is suitable for inclusion in the partner network. If so, we will do everything to present it to you as a novelty as soon as possible!

CAN I BOOK COURTS OR LESSONS THROUGH MULTISPORT?

Unfortunately - we do not allow this yet. Everything needs to be arranged with a specific facility. However, you will find everything you need to contact him yourself in the list of our partners.

CAN I USE MY MULTISPORT CARD ABROAD?

Currently, you can also use the card in partner establishments in the Czech Republic. See which ones they are. More than 2,700 facilities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic are therefore available to you. You can also find MultiSport in Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria or Turkey, unfortunately you cannot use the Slovak MultiSport card here yet.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHERE I CAN USE THE MULTISPORT CARD?

We currently offer free/discounted entry to more than 2,700 facilities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. You can choose from more than 260 exercise and relaxation activities. Use our search engine to choose a location or your favorite activity, for each facility you will also find details (contact, reservation required, list of activities that can be used, information on possible surcharges, etc.).

DO I PAY ANY ENTRANCE FEE ON THE SITE?

In both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, entry is free in 99% of cases - if this is not the case, we state it directly in detail with a specific partner, or in the conditions of use of the MultiSport card, which are published here. ATTENTION: the facility may require, for example, a deposit for a reservation or tools in addition to the entrance fee. This is not covered by MultiSport.

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE THE CARD?

You can use the MultiSport card for 1 entry to one facility per day. This means that if you want, you can do 30 or 31 different activities per month! Some partners even allow multiple activities within one facility (e.g. swimming pool and sauna) under the term "1 entry". See our partner facilities and their offer. However, there is one positive exception - if you use Rekola bikesharing with the MultiSport card, you get 2x 60 minutes of free riding and still one entrance to one facility.

CAN ACCOMPANYING PERSONS/CHILDREN IN PARTNER FACILITIES USE THE MULTISPORT CARD INDEPENDENTLY OR DO THEY HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS A MULTISPORT CARD HOLDER?

An accompanying person can also use the MultiSport card independently. Children's cards can only be used when accompanied by an adult. This adult does not need to be a MultiSport card holder. In other respects, every MultiSport card holder has the same rights and obligations.

MY EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP IS ENDING, BUT THE CARD IS STILL VALID. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?

This depends on the specific cooperation between Benefit Systems Slovakia and your employer. The standard procedure is that the validity of the card ends on the last day of your current employment and the card must be handed in on the last day of work.

CAN I GET A MULTISPORT CARD FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS?

Yes. Along with one card, each employee can get one card for an adult close person (hereinafter referred to as "accompanying person") and up to three cards for children under 15 years of age (hereinafter referred to as "child"). However, it is up to your employer whether they support the acquisition of cards for these persons, so contact your HR department.

CAN I ORDER A MULTISPORT CARD FOR AN ACCOMPANYING PERSON/CHILD SEPARATELY?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The card for the accompanying person/child is linked to the existence and validity of the card of a specific employee. If a specific employee stops using the MultiSport Program, this means that the card of the accompanying person and the child of such an employee in the MultiSport Program expires at the same time.

CAN I LEND MY MULTISPORT CARD TO ANOTHER PERSON?

Unfortunately, no. The cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the holder named on the card. The card holder is obliged to have the card with him for the entire time of the visit to the facility, i.e. at your disposal. It is forbidden to leave the card, for example, at the reception (not even as a deposit for a locker key).

I RECEIVED THE ENVELOPE WITH THE MULTISPORT CARD. WHAT NEXT?

Open the envelope where the cover letter is attached to the card. It is there that we write to you how to use the new benefit. The terms of use of the program are also published here. We consider it necessary to emphasize that the MultiSport card is non-transferable and can only be used by you. Together with the MultiSport card, always present an identity document with your photo. If you present only the MultiSport card to the staff at the facility's reception, they do not have to let you in.

CAN I PICK UP MY CARD IN PERSON?

HOW WILL YOU DELIVER THE MULTISPORT CARD TO ME?

In the vast majority of cases, we send registered cards directly on the address indicated by the employer, i.e. to your job. Your HR department will arrange for you to receive the card.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY PER MONTH FOR THE MULTISPORT CARD?

We only invoice your employer for the price of the card each month. It depends on which model of cooperation with us he chooses, which is why its price can vary. Our sales representative will be happy to prepare a specific offer for your personnel department at a non-binding meeting.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A MULTISPORT CARD VIA EMAIL OR PHONE?

The only person who can get the MultiSport card for you is your personnel department. If your employer does not yet support the MultiSport card, recommend us and we will contact them.

What is the repayment period for the MultiSport programme?

The basic repayment period for invoices is 14 days.

What is the billing period?

The billing period for the MultiSport programme is one calendar month.

Can we pay for the MultiSport programme with Flexi passes / meal vouchers?

No, unfortunately not this at this time. We do not have agreements in place with these companies.

How much does an Health day cost?

We make all the arrangements for every event and adapt them to the needs of each client. This means the price depends on several different factors. First we will meet with you in person to discuss your needs and requests. Then we will be able to put together a package designed just for you.

How can we get a MultiSport Health day for our employees?

It’s simple – get in touch and we’ll be happy to invite you to a non-binding meeting to discuss options. We organize events for all companies without differentiating between clients and non-clients.

What will MultiSport Health days bring to us and our employees?

They will get you and your company moving, together you will know a lot of new pieces of information from the field of health and healthy lifestyle, food, sports and relaxation and the harmonization of work and private life. Your people will also come together as a team in the informal atmosphere and will communicate and work better together. What administrative tasks are associated with MultiSport cards?

Practically none. We’ve gone for maximum simplicity and we take excellent customer service as a matter of course.

How much does the MultiSport card cost?

The price of the card depends on several different factors. The most significant of these includes the number of people getting cards and also the “financing model.” That depends on the ratio of dividing costs between employer and employees. However, you only pay for active cards. Any other questions about financing? Let us know and we’ll be happy to walk you through it all.

Can we increase the number of cards later?

Of course. You can update the number of cards via client zone up to 18th day of each month or via the web form created especially for you.

Can we offer cards only to employees or also to external contractors?

MultiSport cards are also available to employees performing work based on agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship (agreements on performance of work, etc.)

How can we get a MultiSport card for our employees?

It’s simple – write or call us and we’ll be happy to invite you to a non-binding meeting to discuss options. The only condition is the minimum number of 10 employee cards. If you meet this requirement, get in touch and we’ll put together an offer just for you (we offer various forms of financing, including staggered payment).

What will the MultiSport card bring to my employees?

Primarily you will be offering them a unique benefit with nothing comparable on the Slovakia market. Each of your employees is unique and by giving them a card, you show that you respect them and give them the freedom to use the card. Employees choose when and what activities to engage in. You don’t have to make any complicated arrangements with other entities. We’ve done all that for you! See where the MultiSport card can be used today.

What are my options for financing the MultiSport programme?

First of all: there is no administrative or handling fee for joining the programme. The MultiSport programme is flexible. So it’s up to you how and what sources you want to use to finance it. Most often companies finance the programme using:

  • the company’s operating funds,
  • employees’ own funds (monthly salary deduction).
  • a combination of the above.

How long do I have to order the MultiSport programme for?

That is up to your company. We work with you under a written agreement for an indefinite period with a notice period of one month. You can also withdraw from the agreement at any time without stating a reason.

What does the MultiSport programme offer us and our employees?

Studies show that companies where employees take active part in sports and leisure activities have fewer sick days taken. It has also been shown that happier, healthier employees are more productive. The MultiSport programme is a long-term investment in leading your employees to that way of life. To make them more motivated and work together better as a team. For partners

When are invoices payable?

Our standard is 14 days after the date of issuing the invoice.

How much will it cost to work with you?

Accepting MultiSport cards is free for facilities, just as no entry fees apply when you join the programme. The model is based on reimbursement for entry for each specific MultiSport cardholder under special conditions. Many factors are involved, including the type of facility, number of visitors, location, etc. But we know that each partner is unique in its own way. So we are happy to put together an offer designed especially for you.

How do we handle a customer who shows a MultiSport card?

You use the bar code reader to scan the card. We provide and install the reader for you free of charge. All you need is a computer and internet connection. And don’t worry – the bar code reader will not have any access to your POS or other systems. The whole process takes place in a web browser. Advantages of our bar code reader:

  • Faster client clearance
  • Prepared materials for issuing invoices
  • Faster processing and payment of invoices

Do you require partners to sign a contract?

Yes. We need a printed and signed contract in order to start working together. But don’t worry, we won’t be burying you in paperwork. The rules for cooperation are very simple.

Virtual card

AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE THE VIRTUAL CARD?

The virtual card can be used by any holder of an employee or accompanying MultiSport card. Just download the My MultiSport mobile application and go through a few simple steps to switch from a plastic card to a virtual card. The virtual card does not yet support a child card. Basically, the virtual card cannot be technically used on AG Huawei mobile devices certified after May 15, 2019, as they do not support Google services

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR USING THE VIRTUAL CARD?

There are no additional fees for switching to a virtual card.

CAN I USE A VIRTUAL AND A PLASTIC CARD AT THE SAME TIME?

You can only have 1 card active at a time. Either you will continue to use the plastic card, or you can switch to a virtual card using the My MultiSport mobile application. The best part is that once you switch to a virtual card, you won't need your plastic card anymore.

CAN I USE THE VIRTUAL CARD ON MULTIPLE DEVICES?

You can only use your virtual card on one device, but you can use the other features of My MultiSport (facility list, map, etc.) on any number of devices.

HOW CAN I VISIT THE FACILITY USING MY VIRTUAL CARD?

Just open the My MultiSport mobile application, go to the My card section in the bottom menu and click on "Generate QR code". A QR code will be generated (its validity is limited to 10s). You must show this QR code to the reception so that they can scan the code and register your visit.

THE QR CODE I GENERATED WITH THE APPLICATION IS NOT WORKING AND THE RECEPTIONIST CANNOT REGISTER MY CARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make sure your card is active and you have an internet connection. If this is the case and the QR code still does not work, please contact us at +421 949 516152.

THE FACILITY I VISIT DOES NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO SCAN MY VIRTUAL CARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the facility does not have a QR code reader or currently does not know how to use its QR code reader, find your "Offline code" located under the QR code on your virtual card and give the number to the reception at the facility. Your visit will be accepted.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN MY MULTISPORT?

If you already have an account at my.multi-sport.sk, you do not need to create a new account for the mobile application. You simply log in using your email address and password. If you do not have an account on my.multi-sport.sk, click on "Create an account" and complete the registration according to the instructions.

WHEN I TRY TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THE MOBILE APP, THE APP WRITES I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER CREATING ONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This means that your card or email address has already been registered in My MultiSport. If you do not remember your password, click "Reset Password" on the main screen and you will receive an email with a link to change it.

I DON'T WANT TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH MY MULTISPORT, CAN I STILL USE THE VIRTUAL CARD?

To use the virtual card, it is necessary to have an account in My MultiSport and log in to it. Only then will you be able to configure your virtual card. However, you can still use your My MultiSport mobile app to check what options your MultiSport card offers, even without creating an account.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO SET UP MY VIRTUAL CARD?

Download the "My MultiSport" application from the Apple or Play store. To use the MultiSport virtual card, you will need an active My MultiSport account, a phone number where we will send you a verification code and your current photo.

WHAT REQUIREMENTS MUST THE PHOTO IN THE APPLICATION FULFILL?

The photo must be well focused and your face must be clearly visible and recognizable in the photo. You can choose your photo from your phone's memory or take a selfie using your phone's camera.

CAN I CHANGE MY PHOTO IN THE APP?

Yes, you can change your photo using the My MultiSport mobile app. Do not forget that the number of changes is limited to 2 changes per month after verification of your identity after the first visit to the facility. If you have problems changing the photo, please contact us.

WHERE WILL MY PHOTOS BE STORED?

We will not store your photos anywhere. They will only be stored in your device connected to your virtual card and will only be used for the purpose of your verification when visiting a facility.

CAN I USE THE VIRTUAL CARD WITHOUT ENTERING MY PHONE NUMBER?

Since the MultiSport card is your personal sports card that cannot be borrowed or loaned to other people, the phone number serves as an additional verification that your card will only be used on the device you set it up on.

WHAT WILL YOU USE MY PHONE NUMBER FOR?

Your phone number will serve as an additional verification of your virtual card. We may also call or text you if we need to share important information with MultiSport. If you check the marketing consent box when configuring the virtual card, we will also inform you about news from the world of MultiSport.

ONCE I COMPLETE THE VIRTUAL CARD SETUP PROCESS, WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY VIRTUAL CARD?

Immediately.

CAN I SWITCH MY VIRTUAL CARD TO ANOTHER DEVICE?

If you want to change the device you use your virtual card on, just download the mobile app and go through the steps to change your device. After completing this process, you will only be able to use the virtual card on your new device. Your virtual card will no longer be available on your old device.

WILL MY APP WORK AND RETAIN APP SETTINGS AND DATA IF I DON'T HAVE AN ACTIVE MULTISPORT CARD?

If your MultiSport card is inactive, you will not be able to use the virtual card in the facilities, but the application will retain all your settings and data. When you decide to activate the MultiSport card again, you do not need to enter your personal data or configure your virtual card again.

WHAT IF MY PHONE IS STOLEN OR NO LONGER WORKS?

Simply download the app to your new device and set up your virtual card in a few simple steps. After completing this process, you will only be able to use the virtual card on your new device and it will no longer work on the old one.

CAN I SWITCH BACK FROM A VIRTUAL CARD TO A PLASTIC CARD?

Yes you can. You can request a change directly in the application via "Delete account". After sending the request, you will receive an email (check your spam folder) and your request will be processed within 48 hours at the latest. Until then, you can use your virtual card. You will be informed about the change by email.
