Terms and Conditions for the Use of the MultiSport Classic Card
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services within the MultiSport programme and their use through the MultiSport Classic card issued by the programme provider, Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “provider” or “Benefit Systems Slovakia”).
2. The card may be issued in plastic form (hereinafter referred to as the “plastic card”) or in virtual form via the MultiSport mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “virtual card”) (hereinafter jointly or individually referred to as the “card”). The virtual card is also governed by separate terms and conditions available in the MultiSport mobile application under the title Terms and Conditions for the Use of the MultiSport Application and Virtual Card, which shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of any discrepancy (hereinafter referred to as the “special terms and conditions of the virtual card”). Partner facilities marked as “Virtual card only” accept exclusively the virtual card; the plastic card is not accepted for entry.
3. Entry: The card may be used every day for 1 entry to a sports facility included in the MultiSport Programme within the territory of the Slovak Republic or the Czech Republic (entry to fitness centres), or for 1 supplementary (secondary) activity intended for relaxation and recovery (for example, entry to wellness facilities, artificial swimming pools, or seasonal or other leisure activities). Within the scope of supplementary activities, the cardholder may also use 2 free rides on a shared bicycle, each ride lasting a maximum of 60 minutes. These rides may be used in addition to one entry per calendar day, for example for travelling to and from a fitness centre, provided that they are available depending on the territorial coverage or seasonal operation of the provider. An overview of activities, as well as all facilities accepting the MultiSport card within the territory of the Slovak Republic or the Czech Republic, is available and regularly updated on the following websites: https://multi-sport.sk/aktivity/ and https://mapa.multisport.cz/cs/ (hereinafter referred to as the “partner facility”).
When using the MultiSport virtual card in the Czech Republic, prior verification of the cardholder’s identity in a partner facility within the territory of the Slovak Republic in accordance with point 14 of these Terms and Conditions is required.
4. Entry surcharge: Certain partner facilities within the territory of the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic may require a surcharge for entry, in particular for supplementary activities such as wellness services, saunas, etc. Information regarding any applicable surcharge is stated for the relevant partner facility in the overview available through the websites specified above. A surcharge may also be required by the partner facility in the case of rental of material equipment related to the provided service or activity.
5. International entry: Instead of entry within the territory of the Slovak Republic or the Czech Republic, the cardholder may also use the card in a country in which the Benefit Systems group operates; as of the date of issuance of the current version of these Terms and Conditions, these countries are Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria and Turkey (hereinafter referred to as the “Benefit Systems Group”). International entry is only possible via the virtual card and exclusively in partner facilities accepting the virtual card. A condition for using international entry is prior identity verification based on a personal identification document in accordance with point 14 in a partner facility exclusively within the territory of the Slovak Republic (without such verification, international entry will not be permitted). The rule of one entry per calendar day applies uniformly regardless of the country in which the card is used. An overview of foreign partner facilities is available at: https://multi-sport.sk/international-visits/.
6. International entry surcharge: The scope and amount of any surcharge applicable to international entry shall be determined by the relevant country of the Benefit Systems Group. The cardholder is obliged to verify any applicable surcharge directly with the foreign partner facility prior to entry.
7. Racket sports (for example tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis): If at least 2 persons are cardholders, the use of the court is free of charge for the duration specified by the conditions of the relevant partner facility (usually 60 minutes). If only 1 person is a cardholder, the card covers 50% of the list price of the partner facility and the remaining part of the court price (50%) must be paid directly to the partner facility.
8. Beach volleyball, bowling and padel: If at least 4 persons are cardholders, the use of the court or lane is free of charge for the duration specified by the conditions of the relevant partner facility (usually 60 minutes). If only 1 person is a cardholder, the card covers 25% of the list price of the partner facility and the remaining part of the court or lane price (75%) must be paid directly to the partner facility.
9.The card cannot be used for courses organised by partner facilities or for the use of other services that are not included in the overview of partner facilities and activities. The price list of the relevant partner facility shall apply to such services.
Issuance of the card
10.The card may be obtained through the employer under the conditions agreed in the contract concluded with Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”).
11. Under the conditions stipulated in the contract, the employee is entitled to one card. Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the employee may apply for the issuance of one card for a close person over 15 years of age (the so-called “accompanying card”) and up to three cards for children under 15 years of age (the so-called “children’s card”). If the employee’s card is cancelled or its validity expires, all associated cards (i.e. the accompanying card and children’s cards) shall automatically be cancelled as well.
12. Based on an agreement with the employer, Benefit Systems Slovakia is entitled to determine that the cardholder may use the card only in virtual form; in such case, the cardholder’s right to choose to use the card in plastic form shall not apply.
Terms and conditions for using the card in partner facilities
13. The card is assigned to a specific first name and surname, is non-transferable and may not be made available to other persons. It is intended exclusively for the personal use of MultiSport programme services by the cardholder. The card may not be used in a partner facility to which the cardholder has a relationship that could lead to a conflict of interest or unauthorised advantage, in particular a family, employment or similar relationship, managerial, ownership or other relationship, whether direct or indirect. The card may also not be used in connection with the performance of a profession.
14.Before using the service, the cardholder is obliged to present the card and a personal identification document, in particular an identity card, driving licence, student card in the case of a child, or an insurance card. Presentation of the card during or after using the service is prohibited. An authorised employee of the partner facility is entitled to request the cardholder to present a personal identification document for inspection and is obliged to verify whether the cardholder is an authorised holder of the card. The holder of a virtual card is generally obliged to present a personal identification document only upon its first use, when changing a mobile phone, or if requested by the partner facility employee through the system into which the cards are scanned.
15. If the partner facility does not have a card reader or if the card reader is temporarily out of service, the cardholder is obliged to record his/her visit and confirm it with his/her signature in a special form available at the reception desk of the partner facility.
16. The partner facility is entitled to retain the plastic card if it determines that the first name and surname on the card do not match the data stated on the presented personal identification document, or if there is any other reasonable suspicion that the card has been or is being misused or used by an unauthorised person.
17. The cardholder is obliged to keep the card in his/her possession throughout the entire visit to the partner facility, i.e. at his/her disposal. It is prohibited to leave the card, for example, at the reception desk (including as a deposit for a locker key or other equipment).
18. It is prohibited to use the card after the expiry of its validity period.
19. After the expiry of the validity of the plastic card, the cardholder is obliged to return it to the employer.
20. It is prohibited to make any changes to the appearance of the card.
21. It is prohibited to make any photocopies, scans or photographs of the card.
22. It is prohibited to use the card in any manner other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions and for any purpose other than that for which it is intended pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. In addition to the above cases, in particular any trading with cards, their distribution, sale, provision or lending to third parties without the prior written consent of Benefit Systems Slovakia, as well as any other handling of cards for the purpose of obtaining unjust enrichment, is prohibited.
23. The cardholder is obliged to comply with the operating rules and other conditions of the partner facility.
24. Certain partner facilities may require fulfilment of additional conditions for the use of their services, in particular initial registration, including any registration fee, or reservation through a reservation system (for example, in the case of group exercises). If the partner facility stipulates such conditions, the cardholder is obliged to fulfil them as a condition for allowing entry.
25. The partner facility has the right to refuse entry through the card without any compensation if the cardholder fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions (for example if he/she refuses to present a personal identification document with a photograph) or the conditions of the relevant facility, if there is reasonable suspicion that the card would be used contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or if the partner facility or activity is currently fully occupied.
26. Notwithstanding the above rules, cardholders are recommended to contact the relevant partner facility in advance and verify the conditions for using the services.
Loss, destruction or theft of the card
27. The cardholder is obliged to report the loss, destruction or theft of the plastic card without undue delay, no later than within 24 hours, to info@multi-sport.sk and simultaneously to his/her employer for the purpose of blocking the card. In the event that a card reported as lost or stolen is found, the cardholder is obliged to send it to Benefit Systems Slovakia.
Suspension and cancellation of the card
28. The cardholder may request suspension of the card for an indefinite period exclusively for serious health reasons. The request for suspension of the card must be submitted through the employer no later than the order closing date for the following month. In such case, the validity of the card shall be suspended from the first day of the following calendar month.
29. The cardholder may cancel the card with effect as of the end of a calendar month, generally based on a request submitted through the employer no later than the order closing date for the following calendar month. In the event of cancellation of the card, the cardholder may re-order the card no earlier than after the lapse of 6 calendar months, unless the contract stipulates otherwise.
Consequences of breach of the Terms and Conditions
30. Benefit Systems Slovakia is entitled, through its authorised employees (hereinafter referred to as the “inspector”), to monitor compliance with these Terms and Conditions directly at partner facilities. For this purpose, the inspector is entitled to ask persons present at the partner facility whether they are holders of a MultiSport card. Persons who used the card during the relevant visit are obliged, upon request, to confirm this fact and present the card together with a personal identification document for the purpose of identity verification and provide the requested cooperation. Refusal to provide cooperation constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions with the consequences under points 31 and 32 of these Terms and Conditions.
31. The card is the property of Benefit Systems Slovakia. Benefit Systems Slovakia has the right to deactivate, block or withdraw the card, in particular in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the cardholder, or in other cases agreed in the contract, especially due to non-payment of remuneration for services by the employer.
32. If the cardholder breaches the conditions stipulated in points 13, 14, 17, 18, 21 or 22 of these Terms and Conditions, Benefit Systems Slovakia, in addition to the rights specified in point 31, is entitled to refuse to issue a card to such person in the future and/or require the cardholder to pay a contractual penalty of EUR 15 for each breach and/or claim compensation for actual damage incurred as a result of the breach of these Terms and Conditions, including demonstrable costs related to the investigation of such breach. Benefit Systems Slovakia is entitled to inform the employer of the cardholder, or the employer of the employee cardholder in the case of associated cards, about the breach of obligations. The right of the partner facility to refuse entry shall remain unaffected.
Liability for damage
33. Benefit Systems Slovakia shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any damage incurred by the cardholder in connection with the use of MultiSport programme services or in the event that the MultiSport programme services cannot be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, nor for damage arising as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the cardholder. The person who caused the damage by his/her conduct shall be liable for such damage.
Binding nature of these Terms and Conditions
34. Upon each ordering, acceptance or use of the card, the cardholder declares that he/she has become acquainted with the current wording of the terms and conditions of card use, is aware of his/her obligation to comply with them and acknowledges the consequences arising from their breach.
35. Benefit Systems Slovakia reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions of card use at any time. The current wording of the Terms and Conditions is published on the company’s website. Amendments shall become effective on the date specified in the updated wording of the Terms and Conditions, but no earlier than on the date of their publication. Continued use of the card after the effective date of the amendments shall be deemed to constitute familiarisation with and acceptance of the new wording of the Terms and Conditions.
36. The latest update of these Terms and Conditions of card use was made on 20 May 2026.
