Our story begins in 1990 when three friends decided to start a company
the gym.
The YMCA fitness center was opened 13 years later on May 1, 2003. The point was
to create a quality environment for exercise for a wider range of people.
The fitness center is equipped with modern strength machines, mostly of the type
plate loaded from the world-famous company Hammer Strength.
What we offer?
– strength machines Hammer Strength, Dafe, Master Sport, Cybex, Nautilus,
Predator Strength…
– cardio: Life Fitness treadmill, Life Fitness elliptical, stairs,
rowing machine, bicycles, stepper
– one-handed dumbbells up to 50 kg
– platform for deadlift and weightlifting
– special bars: Watson safety squat bar, fat bar, swiss bar, lifting bar
– kettlebells, rubber bands, chains, medicine balls, rings…
