Plejs for movement is a movement studio in the center of Trenčín. As the only one
the studio in Trenčín offers various exercise courses.

As the only studio in Trenčín, it offers various dance and movement courses. IN
in our premises we provide various dance forms, pole dance, parkour,
aerial hooping and engaging movement classes and lessons. Every day you can expect
a wide range of lessons and workshops with experienced instructors.

Three multifunctional halls are available. These halls are for your convenience
