R-FITNESS

In our fitness center, we put together special training programs where we combine
anaerobic and aerobic activity in one training session. This improves it
cardiovascular activity, fitness, general state of health. The effectiveness of these
training is much more effective.

All machines are robust (honest iron – no “”China””) and indestructible.
Unlike some of the most modern machines produced only “”for the eye””.
A total of 60 stations and 13 professional cardio equipment from companies
Technogym, Lifefitness, StarTrac, StairMaster, of which there are 2 cardio machines
unique, specially developed for women’s problem parts (FreeRunner and
CrossRobics).
