The photo must be well focused and your face must be clearly visible and recognizable in the photo. You can choose your photo from your phone’s memory or take a selfie using your phone’s camera.
Download the “My MultiSport” application from the Apple or Play store. To use the MultiSport virtual card, you will need an active My MultiSport account, a phone number where we will send you a verification code and your current photo.
Just open the My MultiSport mobile application, go to the My card section in the bottom menu and click on “Generate QR code”. A QR code will be generated (its validity is limited to 10s). You must show this QR code to the reception so that they can scan the code and register your visit.
If your MultiSport card is inactive, you will not be able to use the virtual card in the facilities, but the application will retain all your settings and data. When you decide to activate the MultiSport card again, you do not need to enter your personal data or configure your virtual card again.
Simply download the app to your new device and set up your virtual card in a few simple steps. After completing this process, you will only be able to use the virtual card on your new device and it will no longer work on the old one.
There are no additional fees for switching to a virtual card.
The first time you visit a facility with a virtual card, go to My Card and click “Generate QR Code” and show your photo to the receptionist along with your ID card. The employee will compare your photo in the application and in the ID card and then confirm your identity. In the application, you will see that your photo has been verified, on the basis of which you will identify yourself at the facility only by showing your photo and name in the application, without having to bring a plastic card.
You can only have 1 card active at a time. Either you will continue to use the plastic card, or you can switch to a virtual card using the My MultiSport mobile application. The best part is that once you switch to a virtual card, you won’t need your plastic card anymore.
If you want to change the device you use your virtual card on, just download the mobile app and go through the steps to change your device. After completing this process, you will only be able to use the virtual card on your new device. Your virtual card will no longer be available on your old device.
Your phone number will serve as an additional verification of your virtual card. We may also call or text you if we need to share important information with MultiSport.
If you check the marketing consent box when configuring the virtual card, we will also inform you about news from the world of MultiSport.
To use the virtual card, it is necessary to have an account in My MultiSport and log in to it. Only then will you be able to configure your virtual card. However, you can still use your My MultiSport mobile app to check what options your MultiSport card offers, even without creating an account.

If the facility does not have a QR code reader or currently does not know how to use its QR code reader, find your “Offline code” located under the QR code on your virtual card and give the number to the reception at the facility. Your visit will be accepted.
The virtual card can be used by any holder of an employee or accompanying MultiSport card. Just download the My MultiSport mobile application and go through a few simple steps to switch from a plastic card to a virtual card. The virtual card does not yet support a child card.
Basically, the virtual card cannot be technically used on AG Huawei mobile devices certified after May 15, 2019, as they do not support Google services.

If you already have an account at my.multi-sport.sk, you do not need to create a new account for the mobile application. You simply log in using your email address and password.
If you do not have an account on my.multi-sport.sk, click on “Create an account” and complete the registration according to the instructions.
Yes you can. You can request a change directly in the application via “Delete account”. After sending the request, you will receive an email (check your spam folder) and your request will be processed within 48 hours at the latest. Until then, you can use your virtual card. You will be informed about the change by email.
Yes, you can change your photo using the My MultiSport mobile app. Do not forget that the number of changes is limited to 2 changes per month after verification of your identity after the first visit to the facility. If you have problems changing the photo, please contact us.
We will not store your photos anywhere. They will only be stored in your device connected to your virtual card and will only be used for the purpose of your verification when visiting a facility.
You can only use your virtual card on one device, but you can use the other features of My MultiSport (facility list, map, etc.) on any number of devices.
Since the MultiSport card is your personal sports card that cannot be borrowed or loaned to other people, the phone number serves as an additional verification that your card will only be used on the device you set it up on.
This means that your card or email address has already been registered in My MultiSport. If you do not remember your password, click “Reset Password” on the main screen and you will receive an email with a link to change it.
