Since its establishment in 1972, the Kysucké Museum has methodically preserved cultural objects
heritage of the region and conveys it to its visitors. It currently has

Kysucké múzeum is a specialized regional cultural institution that
focuses on professional and scientific processing, purposeful collection,
storage and making material documents available. It primarily focuses on
documentation of the development of science and technology, culture and art, nature and
societies in the territory of Kysúc from the oldest signs of human settlement to
the present.
