Zimný štadión Banská Bystrica

The Winter Stadium in Banská Bystrica belongs to one of the
the oldest winter stadiums in Slovakia. It was opened on the night of the 24th.
December to December 25, 1956.

After the end of the general reconstruction (in 2020-2022), it became Zimný
the stadium in Banská Bystrica is a worthy place for organizing hockey games
matches of all categories, and undoubtedly meets all the conditions for
organizing matches of the highest competition and also international ones
figure skating competition. At the same time, it continues to be a training space
sports clubs, as well as a place for active recreation (hockey, skating)
for the general public. The stadium space can also be used for
organizing mass musical, cultural and social events
due to the generous capacity of space for sitting and standing.
