MultiSport services

1. The MultiSport services can only be used through the MultiSport card (hereinafter referred to as the “card”). The card can only be obtained through the employer under the conditions stipulated in the contract concluded with Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”). The person who holds an active card is referred to in these terms and conditions as the “cardholder” or the “user”.

2. Main activities: the card can be used every day for 1 free entry to a sports facility or 1 sports activity of a partner included in the MultiSport programme, provided that the conditions set by the facility itself are met (entry to fitness centres, skating rinks, swimming pools, artificial swimming pools, tennis courts and other facilities for the purpose of sport). An overview of all sports facilities that accept the MultiSport card, or an overview of the activities for which the MultiSport card is valid in a given classification, is available and regularly updated here: https://multi-sport.sk/aktivity/ (hereinafter referred to as “partner sports facility“ or “facility“ or “activity”).

3. Secondary activities: if the user has not used the card for the main activity on a given day, he/shecan use it for 1 secondary activity, which we have included in the MultiSport program as a bonus. This includes activities in the category of wellness and relaxation such as sauna, whirlpool, seasonal activities such as paddleboard, kayak or snowtubing, or other leisure activities such as entrance to castles, chateaux and museums, which can be used subject to the conditions set by their operator, in
particular those specified in the details of the facility in question. We have also included 2 free rides on the Rekola shared bike for up to 60 minutes each, which can be used in addition to one entry per calendar day (if they are currently in operation due to the time of year, for example) and subject to the conditions set by their operator, in particular those set out in the details of the facility.

Of these secondary activities, some are subject to a charge (especially the spa, sauna, water park) and the facility charges extra for entry. Information on the surcharge is provided for each facility by searching for it in the partners and activities overview on our website: https://multi-sport.sk/aktivity/. Exceptions in the Czech Republic can be found here: https://mapa.multisport.cz/cs/. A surcharge may also be required by the partner sports venue in the case of the loan of material equipment that is associated with the service.

4. Racket sports (e.g. tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis): if at least 2 persons are cardholders, the court is free (length according to the conditions of the partner sports venue, usually for 60 minutes). If only 1 person is a cardholder, the 1 card pays 50% of the list price of the facility. The remainder of the court price (50%) must be paid directly to the partner sports venue.

5. Beach volleyball and bowling: if at least 4 people are cardholders, the court/track is free of charge (length according to the conditions of the partner sports venue, usually 60 minutes). If only 1 person is a cardholder, then 1 card pays 25% of the list price of the facility. The rest of the price of the court/track must be paid directly to the partner sports venue.

6. Registration or booking system: some facilities require an initial registration with a possible registration fee to use their services, or a single entry through a booking system (e.g. for group exercises). In this case, the cardholder must also follow the terms and conditions of the partner sports venue in question. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, the partner sports venue has the exclusive right to refuse the cardholder entry.

7. The card cannot be used for courses organised by partner sports venues or for the use of any other services that are not included in the overview of facilities/activities and for their use it is necessary to comply with the price list of the facility in question.

8. The cardholder is obliged to comply with the operating rules and other conditions of the partner sports venue.

9. Notwithstanding the above rules, however, for the sake of convenience, cardholders are advised to contact the facility in advance to obtain the necessary information.

MultiSport card

10. The card is associated with a specific first and last name, is non-transferable and may not be made available to other persons.

11. The employee shall be entitled to one card under the terms of the contract. The employee may apply for one card for a close person over 15 years of age and a maximum of three cards for children under 15 years of age. If an employee’s MultiSport card is cancelled or the employee’s card expires, all associated cards (for both the accompanying person and the children) are automatically cancelled.

12. Card means a card in its plastic form or in virtual form via the My MultiSport mobile app (virtual card). Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. is entitled to limit the cardholder’s right to use the card only in its virtual form, in particular at the level of the employer under the contract; in this case, the cardholder’s right to choose to use the card in its plastic form does not apply.

13. Unless expressly stated otherwise or the nature of the form of the card implies otherwise, the terms and conditions of use of the card in its virtual form are governed, in addition to these terms and conditions, by the specific terms and conditions of use of the virtual card available in the Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. mobile application, which have a special relationship to these terms and conditions. In principle, the virtual card cannot technically be used on AG Huawei mobile phones
certified after 15 May 2019, as they do not support Google services.

Terms and conditions for using the MultiSport card in partner sports venues

14. The MultiSport services can be used by the cardholder at a partner sports venue upon presentation of a valid card in a form accepted by the sports venue and a personal document with a photo (in particular an ID card, driving licence, school ID card for a child or an insurance card) under the conditions set out later in this document as well as the specific conditions for the use of the virtual card. If the partner sports venue is marked “virtual card only”, it is a sports venue that only
accepts virtual cards, i.e. the plastic version of the card is not accepted at this sports venue. The card is not valid without the presentation of a personal document. In this context, the authorised employee of the partner sports facility has both the right and the obligation given to Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. to require the cardholder to present a personal document for inspection in order to verify that the card has been presented by an authorised cardholder (in particular by verifying the matching of first and last names). If the facility does not have a card reader, or if the card reader is temporarily out of service at the facility, the user shall be obliged to record his/her visit and confirm it with his/her signature on a special form available at the reception desk of the facility.

15. The cardholder is obliged to present his/her card and ID before using the service. It is forbidden to present the card during or after using the service in the facility.

16. The cardholder is obliged to keep the card in his/her possession at all times during the visit to the facility, i.e. at their disposal. It is forbidden to leave the card, for example, at the reception desk (even as a deposit for a locker key).

17. The partner sports venue has the right to refuse entry via the card without any compensation if the cardholder breaches or refuses to comply with these terms and conditions (for example, if the cardholder refuses to produce a photo ID for inspection) or if the facility or activity he/she wishes to use is currently fully booked.

18. The partner sports venue has the right to withhold the card without any further claims from the person if it finds that the name and surname on the card does not match the data on the personal document presented, or if it has other reasonable grounds to suspect that the card has been or is being misused or used by an unauthorised person.

19. It is forbidden to use the card after its expiry date.

20. When the card expires, it must be returned to the employer.

21. It is forbidden to make any changes to the appearance of the card.

22. It is forbidden to make any photocopies, scans or photographs of the card.

23. It is forbidden to use the card for any purpose other than that for which it is intended under these terms and conditions. In particular, any form of trading with the cards, any form of distribution of the cards, their sale, provision, lending to third parties without the prior written consent of Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. or any other treatment of the cards for the purpose of achieving unjust enrichment is prohibited.

MultiSport card lost, destroyed or stolen

24. The loss, destruction or theft of the card must be reported by the cardholder to info@multi-sport.sk within 24 hours at the latest and to the employer in order to block the card. In case of finding a card that has been reported as lost or stolen, it must be sent to Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o.

Suspension and cancellation of the MultiSport card

25. The cardholder can suspend the card indefinitely, but only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the card must be reported via the form or via the employer, no later than the order closing date for the following month. The card is then suspended as of the 1st of the following month.

26. The cardholder may cancel the card with effect from the last day of the calendar month by requesting it via the form or via the employer, no later than the closing date for orders for the following month. In the event that the cardholder cancels the card and thereby withdraws from the MultiSport programme, the cardholder may rejoin the MultiSport programme and reorder the card after a period of 6 calendar months (and any other conditions, if applicable, under the contract) at the earliest.

Blocking the MultiSport card

27. The card is the property of Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o.

28. Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. has the right to withdraw the card or block it in the event of abreach of these terms and conditions by the cardholder, or in other cases agreed in the contract (in particular non-payment of remuneration for services by the employer).

29. If the cardholder violates the conditions set out in point 14, 15, 16, 19, 22 or 23, Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. has, in addition to the right under point 28, the right to refuse to issue the card to such person in the future and at the same time to require the cardholder to pay a fine of € 15 for each violation. Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. will also inform the employer of the cardholder or the employer of the employee cardholder if it is an associated card about the violation.

Liability for damage

30. Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of MultiSport services, nor for damages incurred by the user as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions. The person who caused the damage is liable for the damage.

Obligation of these terms and conditions

31. With each order, acceptance and use of the card, the cardholder declares that he/she has read the current terms and conditions of use of the card and is aware of his/her obligation to comply with them, including the consequences of their violation.

32. Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. reserves the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions of use of the card. The change is effective from the moment of its publication on this website.
