What we practice

Trampolines – jumping on a trampoline is an aerobic activity

Pilates– The Pilates exercise system is primarily focused
for shaping and strengthening parts of the middle part of the body-CORE, but also for
stretching and strengthening other muscle groups of the body. Your muscles won’t
grow in width, on the contrary, they take on a long, slender shape. Since it is a movement
a method where there is a close connection between body and mind, it develops the ability
awareness of body movement, which in turn results in better quality
