Fitness centrum Borovicový háj

The fitness center is located in a pleasant environment near Borovicového
grove in Košice.

Opening hours are adapted for students, working customers
which is mainly used by morning and evening dates in the gym, as well as for
general public.

The fitness center is equipped with strengthening machines from the company
DAFE, which includes machines for exercising all parts of the body as well as
mechanical stationary bikes. When exercising, customers can
ask the trainer for a demonstration of the exercise on the machine. The customer has the option
pay for a personal trainer who will take care of the correct exercise and will do it
motivate.

In addition to individual exercises, we also provide

group exercises

TRX, a field of fitness and yoga in separate functional zones of the fitness center.
We also provide the services of fitness sports coach and

physiotherapist-massage services,
