SM System for beginners and advanced


SM-System

is a preventive and therapeutic exercise. One of the ways to maintain
adequate condition and health after overcoming a disease of the spine and discs.

under the constant control and correction of the lecturer. Beginners learn correct
the technique of exercises of the basic set to slow relaxing music, which
